Overall: satisfactory but in a way a bit disappointing in that it should eb a great experience staying in St Andrews overlooking the Old Course (107386713)
Reception and bar staff excellent -professional and friendly.
Room cold and radiator didn't work. Service at breakfast very poor despite having lots of staff and not many guests. Didn't receive morning paper as ordered.

Room 21, excellent position, convenient for golf clubs and car parking
shower cubicle was a problem, doors were poorly fitted and flimsy.
Overall: we were very pleased with the room as mentioned earlier. We intend staying again next year - June 8 to 13 and would welcome greatly the opportunity to have the same room (no. 21). (3304886271)
THE ADEQUATE FACILITIES AND THE WONDERFULL VIEW
THE ROOM WAS RATHER CRAMPED
Overall: I HAD BEEN IN THE HOTEL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE FOR COFFEE ETC BUT HAD NEVER STAYED THERE SO I KNEW THE PUBLIC AREAS QUITE WELL.IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE SEEN THE OPTIONS ON THE BEDROOMS RATHER THAN JUST BE ALLOCATED A ROOM. (99141118)
