excellent experience.

Although we were not part of a tour group I felt that entertainment could have been provided.We were staying on the 4th floor and the lift only carried a max of 3 people despite the notice.

Overall: Throughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends  (108972075)

The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice

Mure than 2 in lift it didn't work Room poor and bed very uncomfortable. Bar serbvice extremely poor,at times staff sat with their backs to the customer talking and ignored the customers. Standard off dress was poor.Floors needed cleaning, lots of food under the tables. Queues at the checkout were far too long due to insufficient staff. Staff seemed to have very little knowledge of the local area and there were no brochures advertising what was on.

Overall: Would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly not be returning to it.  (108172287)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
