Staff were very friendly and gave you a feeling that they were dealing with you personally instead of that you were just another guest at the hotel. The food in the restaurant was first class and the rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Unfortunately the superior room we booked was not available due to a problem in the bathroom. We were not made aware of this on or prior to our arrival and it was only when we queried the room we had been provided the following morning that we were informed of the problem. That said the hotel did make amends and were very apologetic for not letting us know when we arrived. The room we were eventually placed in, whilst not the superior room, was still of a very high standard and very comfortable.
Overall: We had a very enjoyable stay, the hotel was quiet and relaxing, the food was first class and the staff very friendly. We would have no qualms about recommending this hotel to any of our friends and would definitely visit again. (108696086)
