Staff were flexible, so that we could book in before 3pm.
The communal areas such as the stairs etc looked grotty compared to the rest of the hotel.

In Room 5 the windows wouldn't open and there was inadequate bedroom ventilation;bed a bit springy!

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Attractive grounds and setting within a 20 minute walking distance of the beach and town.
Evenings were very busy since the hotel is open to non-residents and local people. It was necessary to get into the bar or restaurant fairly early in order to get a seat. Some people found they had been double booked for an evening meal but we did not experience that problem.
Overall: We felt that three nights was long enough in this type of hotel. (107632685)

clean & tidy Hotel Good Hearty Brekfast
we were 2 large lads as informed but still given rooms on the top floor with very small beds and narrow stairway
Overall: nice hotel in plesent area of Skegness - Staff very attentive - typical old English style Bar with good choice of Bar Meals at very resonable prices (107888201)

Every thing that you needed or required was at hand or was supplied by staff in a matter of minutes
In the room we were given the only problem was that we were unable to open the window(maybe this was for safety or security?)
Overall: The hotel was an old building but overall it was comfortable and clean and a very pleasant stay (107793793)
