very clean everywhere, relaxed atmosphere, friendly, had a parking space which was very important as we used a bus or taxi for our stay.
the bedside lamps were not very well designed, they tended to fall apart. we were also dissapointed with the internet connection,did not really work.the flowers on the table in the dining room were dead, better to have none than dead ones.on one of the leaflets it said it would take 10 mins to walk into the City by the river walk, but it would only take 10 mins if you jogged. would have prefered the truth because my partner has a poorly leg.
Overall: very happy with our stay,would visit again,lovely atmosphere. (107926178)

Excellent breakfast, set you up for the day.
Overall: The Hollies provided a good base to tour the area. Local bus routes and stops less than 100yards away. The walk along the river Ouse into the city center was a pleasure to take. (107773246)
