The pool was gorgeously warm and if you go first thing in the morning you can beat the crowds. Staff very friendly. We had a great room right at the top of the hotel with a superb view across Llanelli. Breakfast was informal and tasty. Would definitely stay again.

We felt the room was slightly damp and channel 4 wasn't working on the TV, which was a shame as it's the main channel we watch and wanted to chill out in the hotel after a busy day. The menu displayed in the lift is completely different to that in the restaurant or bar, which was disappointing as the one in the lift was better!

Overall: Really enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff who are there if you need them but don't crowd you. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Good location. Would recommend and use again.  (108227276)

Room was quiet and beds very comfortable. Bar meals were excellent, and great value for money. Staff in the bar were very helpful in dealing with special requests, and the lounge was very comfortable.

When we arrived, the receptionist was dealing with a long and complicated telephone enquiry and could not attend to us immediately. He was very apologetic, and it was not his fault, but perhaps some better arrangement could be made. The breakfast tables were too small to accommodate four, with all plates, teapots, coffeepots, toast racks etc.

Overall: Overall an excellent experience. Would certainly stay there again, or visit to eat in the bar, and would recommend to others.  (107840194)
