we were made very welcome by the manager and staff. nothing was too much trouble

hotel seems to to be tired and in need of some re-furbishment grab rails would be of great advantage around the shower area. i.e being disabled I could not have a shower as there was nothing to hold on to.

Overall: we enjoyed the stay but for the minor things stated the entertainment was good in the evening thoroughly enjoyable.  (108679596)

Very good value for money staff great and very helpful.... nothing too much trouble ! clean and tidy rooms, breakfast great value and good portions, Ross the manager was a breath of freash air in the hotel ! look forward to stopping again thank you.

How do I add a rating?

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
