only the evening duty manager. She was very helpful and pleasent also the Morning Breakfast manager very helpful and polite The other good point was when we left this awful hotel in the morning
The evening meal was absolutly appalling! I have never had such bad food in a hotel. The waitress was very rude. The rest manager was like Iven the terrible. Our room was freezing when we arrived, the evening duty manager was very helpful and put a heater in our room. The decor in the hotel was like being in a mental institution horrible. I would rather stay in the hotel grounds in a tent then stay in your hotel again!!
Overall: awful! I have given up on Ramada Hotels I will stay in a Holiday Inn or Premier Hotel in future. (108432985)

Twin room booked not available - asked twice to be re roomed without success
Hotel was used for Wedding parties - could not get near bar in the evening, disco too noisy
Hotel public areas were scruffy - stained carpets untidy reception area
Room was basic and quite smelly

nice tidy room - very comfortable bed
room was cool (but not freezing) and radiators appeared to be off with no other source of heating. Breakfast wasnt great - very small english breakfast and black pudding was very over done.
Overall: enjoyed it - staff were excellent - breakfast was dissapointing. Would have to say that bar prices were rather over the top though. And i havent taken that into acccount in the value for money review as not everyone would use it. (107806924)
