Overall: STAFF WERE NOT MUCH AND NOT SHOWING ANY INCLINATION OF MAKING ME FEEL WELCOME AND UNFRIENDLY TOWARDS ME, WHY MAYBE BECAUSE IM A SOUTH LONDONER AND A MILLWALL SUPPORTER. Overall: It has not been touched since the 60's, the beds need to be put in a skip and the showers were held together with black mould. I truly cannot think of anything good to say
ROOM LIHGT WAS BROKEN BED WAS VERY SPRINGY.
SHWER WAS DIRTY AND THE CUTLERY FOR BREAKFAST WAS DIRTY AND EASILY NOTICEABLEAND STAFF DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED AND I FELT UNEASY AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I DIDN'T FEEL THAT I WAS WELCOME.
BREAKFAST WAS SELF SERVICE AND I HAD TO HANDLE ALL OF THE UTENSILS MYSELF AND THE TOASTER WAS A GADGET AND NO ONME AVAILABLE FOR HELP AND STAFF WERE NOT INTERESTED IN ASSISTING OR HELPING.
