Excellent location; polite, friendly staff; good breakfast; lovely clean bed linen, more than adequate tea-coffee making facilities.
Bathroom provisions could be better; extra soap and a towel and a bigger bottle of shampoo/bath gel would be much appreciated. Generous supply of toilet tissue which is good.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF
GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO BAKER STREET STATION
THIN WALLS TO BEDROOM. I WAS NEXT TO A FAMILY ROOM WHICH WAS NOISEY IN THE EARLY MORNING
DINING ROOM RATHER CRAMPED FOR BREAKFAST.

Quiet location, comfortable bed
The shower needed a new holder. I had to hold it to get underneath the water flow. Very poor. Cramped room
