Very limited car parking. We do not book hotels without parking facilities, should be advertised as 'limited'. Had to drive round finding a spot then pay, then go out first thing to re do ticket. Had to walk past smoking area to enter hotel from our room, cigarette butts on floor. Bath tap/shower worked simultaneously, mixer broken
Overall: Advised Sunday breakfast was 7.30 - 9.30 but it actually went to 10.00. Needn't have rushed. Not a bad stay, soft furnishings worn but clean. Would stay again if no better alternative (108615035)
The staff was generally kind and helpful, and some went out of their way to be cheerful and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location and is kept up well for the most part.
The showerhead in my bathroom would not stay in place, so I had to hold it up when showering. The wireless signal was not strong enough to reach my room on the top floor - a wi-fi repeater should work wonders. Room for 10 vehicles is hardly "ample parking."
Overall: I would probably stay here again were I in the area. However I'll be prepared to pay for parking... (108987096)
