Overall: Forest View was very clean and very comfortable and I appreciated the secure, on-site parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay here again. (108360452)

Very clean and well situated hotel, 5 mins from stratford station and on the well lit main Romford Road. Our rooms were in a newly refurbished house adjacent to the main hotel which had secured parking. The full english breakfast was good and filling and they cook it to order. This is better than some 4* hotels I could mention in Swanage.
None that I can think of except that we did book a family room for £60 but were given one half of the top floor of a house so my teens had a twin room with separate bathroom and my hubs and I had a double ensuite. This cost £92 but for the money was very good.
Overall: Would definetly stay again. Stratford is going to be superb in 3 years time. (107447703)

The response from the reception / management was excellent and friendly - i particularly liked the unsolicited phone call giving us half an hours warning before breakfast ended. The secure parking was very reassuring.
The room was a good size and tidy but very basic - no fridge and no toiletries unless requested. worst of all was the inclusive breakfast - i had mentioned in advance i was a vegetarian but on the morning was told there were no mushrooms or eggs or hash browns so my "full English breakfast" became beans on toast! Not good enough.

Very helpful staff, good size bedroom for family.
had to wait for breakfast table when tables in the bar area were empty but service very prompt once seated.
Overall: A good base for the weekend if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to tube station, but you can catch a bus/taxi. Good value for money. (107813718)
