staff were friendly and helpful.
breakfast set up was very poor. buffet style but had to wait for everything. no milk no coffee throughout breakfast period!
Overall: ok. room was very hot. room service was speedy but can with out condiment (108861034)

Cleaning & environment
Bath - enamelmissing/rust in 2 places in the bath - one of them where one is seated.
Restaurant - supper - waitress not sure which menu in use; food did not feel fresh - fish & chips dry; no tartare sauce; sparkling water not kept in fridge so ice quickly melts.
Key card - could not open door first time so had to drag my bags back to reception
Overall: Disappointing - living in the past & I am nealy 67 saying this. (108934354)

Booked a romantic touch and was delighted with the champagne, flowers and chocolates that were in the bedroom. My wife was really pleased and thought I had organised all this myself - I didn't disillusion her - so thank you very much !
Overall: I found the hotel very good. The bedroom was lovely and well appointed. The staff were generally friendly. The hotel is well located - easy reach of London - but not too close. We were visiting Hampton Court and it is ideally situated for that. Richmond Park is just down the road, which is a beutiful place to visit. There is plenty of parking at the hotel. (107605807)
