very clean, lovely decor,close town.
The first time we stayed at your guesthouse we were put in a room that was not yet finished, but all the same it was nice, it was nice to have a clean and finished room to stay in this time. :-)
Breakfast was yummy!

Great welcome - room clean, comfortable and a good size. Excellent breakfast with home made jam,marmalade; very nice communal lounge. Great position for access to the theatre, centre of Bath etc.
When booking through Active hotels there was some confusion about whether a deposit would be taken or the full price, whether breakfast was included or not - needs clarification.
Overall: Excellent, very comfortable accommodation and lovely helpful staff. (107790142)

Very friendly and clean
The room only just had room for the bed in it. The Bathroom was so small my husband couldnt fit in there comfortably as he is 6foot 3 and banged his head on the mirror when he tried to brush his teeth as the sink was too small to get your head over. The shower would not get even warm so we had to shower in cold water.
Overall: It was ok but for the money I expected more. (108432029)
