The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly especially to our 5year old son who they always took time to talk to. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were also fantastic with the times we could take the children really convenient.
Hathaways where we ate one evening during our stay was very pleasant the food very tasty, the childrens menu was very varied much better than a lot of childrens menu's I have seen in the past, the staff here were also very accomodating.
After having used the shower facilities at the leisure complex, I found the shower in our room really rather dissapointing (a dribble)
Overall: We thouroughly loved it and would definately stay there again, in fact we are most likely to book to stay here again, not too expensive and a lovely location with great facilities especially for children. (107241330)

the hatherway menu was very limited however my wife chose the fish only to recieve a lump of batter but this did not make any difference it was still an excellent stay
