Staff was very friendly and helpfull,hotel was very clean and the rooms were huge and good value.The leisure centre was excellent. Breakfast very good.

internet was down most of the weekend.Bar prices and restaurant bit expensive so we did not eat or drink at the hotel,but this made no difference to a wonderfull weekend.

Overall: We went racing to aintree for the weekend and the hotel was ideal for us and excellent value. Reccomend this hotel to anyone.  (107721373)

Staff and breakfast very good

WiFi in room we were in was very poor, unable to connect, as only 1 bar strength.

Fridge in room. Two televisions. Iron press + iron. Mattresses excellent. Food excellent. Swimming pool great temperature.

Children under 16 years not allowed in pool after 6:pm. As we were on a weekend easter holiday break, that was a huge disapointment to My children who are 11 and 13 years old. If there had been entertainment on in the hotel in the evenings, then they would not have been looking to go in the pool as often.
