Easy to find Large room Helpful staff Food available in the evening. Large carpark

Very noisy room, (over the kitchen!) Heard lots of talking also from nearby room. Poor external sound proofing, on heathrow flight path. Poor breakfast, range of cereals, unappetising coffee, eggs, white bread toast only.

Overall: Not sure if I would book again for the reasons above.  (108667178)

very nearby to the conference event

no heating so the room was very cold and i didnt sleep well.

Overall: probably i wont be using it again nor would i recommend it to anyone  (108610416)

Reception staff friendly

Poor cleanliness of room - carpet not hoovered and glass dirty. Toilet seat wobbled when sat on. No hot water through the tap and shower temp changed often. Poor breakfast - staff slow in serving and brought wrong order and eggs cold.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
