It was quiet, warm and comfortable.
The room was used as smoking room and still smelled of smoke.
Overall: The staff were generally polite and helpful. However, at breakfast the coffee pot was enough for only one cup. We had to wait for waiter service to get second cup. We would like to have been given the option of a non-smoking room. (1552699)

Pub and restaurent layout and access a bit obscure. Restaurant and restaurant staff could be better presented. Shortage of menus and limited wine available. Evidence of builders materials in car park.

Staff were very helpful. Sorted out a taxi for us straight away and checked to see if the taxi was still on its way in the morning
Light didn't work in the bathroom of the room we stayed. The tv remote had no batteries. The breakfast was quiet poor for the price paid, the continental didn't have much choice and the english breakfast was made with poor ingredients
Overall: Only spent a small amount of time at the hotel, room was reasonable and we got a good nights sleep (108125373)
