Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff

Overall: A comfortable stay but we did have a ground floor room which was rather warm and we couldn't open the window at night because of ground floor location. Fair enough, we'll ask for another floor next time.  (108234836)

Excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to tube station. Room was good size (family room). With 4 single beds it was ideal for a family of 4 with teenage children.

The breakfast was not very nice and it was served very early (7am until 8.30am). Some of the electrics in the room did not work and sparks came from the plugs on occasions! The room was extremely hot on the first night making it very uncomfortable.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
