Staff very good, room very clean.

The service was very good, as was the food, although dinner was expensive. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable.

Water for both the bath and the shower was cold for a long time and did not ever really heat adequately. For the price of the room, the decor was a bit tacky and the bathroom was very small.

Overall: There were other facilities which we did not use which might have made the hotel of better value for money if we had stayed longer.  (107889531)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
