The location was very good as it provided us easy access to Heathrow. It was an economical place to stay. The restaurant food and staff were good and efficient.

The hall to our room was very narrow and had a musty smell. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for the shower in our room.

Overall: Nothing special about this hotel other than the efficient restaurant staff.  (108584516)

Your facility was clean and well lit.

I was exhausted, and just wanted to get to my room. However, the clerk gave me a key marked for room 260. The key didn't work and I had to go back, wait in line again, and have them mark the correct room of 330. And 2 pounds for 30 minutes on the internet? Shame on you.

Overall: Had I known it was the farthest from the airport on the Hoppa, I would have chosen another hotel.The bus only goes every 40 minutes. The room, though, was clean, warm and inviting.  (108343804)

Excellent help from restaurant staff with allergy requirements. Lovely food in restaurant and friendly service from check-in staff.

Lots of noise in hotel halls after hours which disturbed sleep - however it is easy to understand how this might be hard to control from a staffing point of view. Also, noise filtering through from the adjoining room. (There was a locked door which connected the two rooms.

Overall: Very comfortable and good value for money considering the convenient location close to Heathrow.  (108502480)
