The staff at the hotel was friendly

Room was very dirty. Had to request for room to be cleaned after the second day, doesnt get clean everyday. Overly pricy for the service, burned breakfast. restricted availabilty to pool, poor light around the hotel area, difficult to get around at night

Overall: Spent over 500 pounds for a 3 nights, service was appalling, not worth the money, wouldn't recommend this hotel.  (108578580)

it was all very good we were on our way home after 1 week in jersey we arrived very tired it was a very nice room but my wife was awake most of the night due to noisy fan we thought it was the bathroom but we herd it from out side when leaving we then thought it was swimming pool pump as it was in the same bedroom

some sort of fan /pump from the swimming pool we herd it from outside as well

Overall: overall it was very good just all the noise all night we are thinking of booking a christmas  (108318219)

A little mini-reunion with 11 other graduates. The staff took on private dining in their stride.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
