Location for our needs.
Armchairs were ripped and scruffy,on the top floor ( not that it matters which floor you are on ) the window would not lock. It was broken and our daughter could open it with ease.Couldn't get prams through main access.The room did not resemble in anyway the room we viewed on the internet.
Overall: It would of been helpfull to know exactly how limited your parking is, what the opptions were and where and that you could request a space be reserved especially with a young family. (1615004)

room was VERY hot which made my overall stay uncomfortable, rooms were dated and smelt old and a bit grubby,some traffic noise due to single glazed windows

Very clean modern quite room for which was on the lower floor, the price of food and drink was very reasonably priced with a happy hour 12-7pm.
Room had no window and was very warm even with no heating on and an absence of any air conditioning just a grill on the wall which some people would not mind but i like fresh air.
