The staff in this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The food especially dinner, was excellent. The whole place was attractive, comfortable and peaceful.

lovely location. Breakfast was excellent
The bathroom is in dire need of redecoration. After a long journey, when we arrived at the hotel, we asked for some sandwiches. However, we were told that because they had a wedding party that day, room service is not available, even though the hotel does normally offer this service. The overall bedroom presentation was not very good, plastic flower arrangements, chintz bedding and furniture. Also, a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom.
Overall: wouldn't stay here again, as i paid £145 for 1 night, and it was not worth it. (108545698)

Restaurant staff very good and friendly and nice food. Room good although nowhere to dry towels. Lovely peaceful place.
Check in procedure not very good and very unhelpful. Pool not great.
Overall: Enjoyed most of experience but have had better check in and pools in other hotels and also there was no steam room or sauna which would have been better. (108636683)

Overall: Pleasant surprise to find room was seperate from hotel, in a seperate "bungalow" surrounded by garden, 3 rooms therin, nice and quiet.Dinner menu could have been alittle more extensive, offering some good basic choices,Dinner service was a bit slow, we waited 20 mins for drinks, not good. Reception was often unmanned,for instance; when collecting towels for the pool,nobody there, no bell or indication of what to do? Just wait? Breakfast, first class. Pool/gym also excellent, although changing area a bit confusing, big room with toilet in corner,no partition,rather odd. Enjoyable overall and would stay again and recomend (108141625)
