Very close to the subway. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast
Overall: Had a very enjoyable stay. It would have been nice on arrival if the reception staff, out of courtesy, would have shown us where we were to go for breakfast and where the bar area was. We were unaware you even had one and did'nt discover it until we were due to leave. The only down side of the room was the single glazing. As the room was facing the main rd, it was very noisy, it is a very busy main rd and continues to be so throughout the night. (108874921)

Clean, comfortable bed
Very family-unfriendly, no fan in one of the rooms, there was insects mainly because the bedrooms was on the ground floor, we received a letter saying that the room was in a mess (well I'm sorry then why do you have housekeeping for).
Overall: Not suitable for a family, suitable for maybe a 1 or 2 nights for a solo. (108294497)

Raj was a great bar tender, good conversationalist. Helped with the Internet connection. Female front desk staff friendly and helpfull. Room and bed was very clean, toilets very clean.
Blinds did not work, Light streamed in, requested for it to be fixed but not done. No Fan provided during hot days. Male (East European) Senior front desk staff was very arrogant and did not make me feel welcome.
Overall: Did not find value for money. Overall not a great experience. (107455369)

facilities and location were excellent
reception staff could be a bit more welcoming. The breakfast was expensive, especially as I did not have a full english.

Customer service was not that great. The room and bathroom were extremely small and I had difficulty having a proper shower.
