Clean sheets and towels. Road quiet.

Bedrooms were tired and dusty. Water did not drain away in shower, toilet seat broken, mould in bathroom, wallpaper in bad state, room and fittings unclean. The Breakfast room uncomfortably hot and breakfast served in an inapppropriate way and choice limited to one cereal. There was one man who was cook, receptionist and waiter. More staff needed. Dining room looked unclean.

Overall: Disappointed and wished we had booked into Travelodge or similar where the generally level of cleanliness is higher and breakfasts served appropriately.  (108228580)

Staff were excellent and everything was clean and everthing ran smoothly.

I guess for us the room was a little small and being over sixty five found climbing up to the second floor a bit of an effort.So perhaps checking age would be helpful.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
