Very clean, well presented rooms. Excellent location

Expensive breakfast

Overall: This hotel is in an excellent location, minutes walk from Oxford Street & Oxford Circus Station. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room and was cleaned before out second night staying. The full english breakfast is not included in the cost of the room and is expensive at £19.95 each. Overall this was a great hotal and would definitely recommend it.  (97234209)

Location was fantastic. Ideal for west end, oxford street, soho, covent garden.

All communal areas are very dated. Air con is noisy in room. Hotel is expensive for what it is.

The hotel was clean and the room was a de luxe and was a good size - bed very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike for one night. Maybe, some areas (behind reception desk) need sprucing up
