I thought the Receptionist very good, my room was really great.
The Social/ Lounge area seemed huge and welcoming
None except for a small point. Booking form said breakfast £6; this was incorrect although mine only cost £6.95

A room for all four of us to stay in
Only one plug socket in the room and that was shared between the TV and the kettle.On line booking stated that I could receive breakfast at a discount price if I showed the confirmation and mentioned it at check-in, only to find that we could not have it even when showing it printed in black and white.

The staff were very helpful and friendly
The room 215 was very poor there were huge spiders on the ceiling,only one plug socket in a family room for kettle,hairdryer,t.v,phonechargeretc..The shower needs attention,i think the hotel needs a huge makeover
Complessivo: Iwas glad to have been visiting family,because anytime we frequented the bar it was closed,no entertainment and nothing for children.We tried to purchase things on the list in the room but there was nothing availible,it was very poor standard for a hotel.
