near the station, in the center, nice building, staff was nice and friendly.
I personally don´t like carpets. The shower was difficult to regulate. The TV didn´t work. It was a bit shabby for the price

when booking the hotel,a member of staff put us in for the wrong date!3 mths to early this was discovered when i phoned to check our booking (twice) the payment was took from our bank account just after the booking was made!!!!!!!!!!!! plus the cost was very high and did not include breakfast( very expensive )

Overall: I would say that this is a typical British hotel - slightly dingy, in a poor state of repair, and staffed by people who don't really understand a service culture and who have not been trained in good customer service. It definitely does not merit four stars. Personally, although the room was not in a great state of repair, the experience could have been transformed if the staff were better. This is not an awful hotel, but if a foriegner stayed there on arriving in UK I think they would be pretty shocked at the very poor value it offers. (107527610)
