Staff very pleasant. Rooms were clean.

Although rooms were clean, they didn't feel fresh. window didn't open and corridors very dull and could do with a fresh lick of paint.

Overall: Food was adequate although nothing special, but hoped this was to do with the time of year and lack of customers.  (108205481)

I guess the location warrants a certain degree of success, but neighbouring the Loch Ness Visitor Centre does not make up for the obvious want of repair and redecoration.

No doubt unreasonably high priced. Quality and price do not match at all!

Overall: Staff in hotel did their best, I guess. We dined in the restaurant too: food pedestrian and service poor. Sorry about this, but these are the facts!  (107890525)

Two rooms booked with a deposit and both bumped to a local Bed and Breakfast. Advised that this is a common practice of the hotel to ensure full occupancy. Hotel didn't know the address of the B & B which we had been bumped to.

Overall: Not impressed. A booking with a deposit should be a "secured booking" when confirmed.  (107316368)

room was very cold when we check-in.take one hour to keep warm. too small heater in room.and hot water in the shower was just 5 min.
