Squeaky floorboards in bedroom (old part of building).

the rooms are excelent. the friendliness of the staff at reception need alot to be desired.the leisure facilities are excellent.we was very dissapointed that ricks place was not open, in the brochure it states it's open all year round. alas his is not the case.also we should of been informed that there was a weding party taking residence the same tme we was there, as

the price of drinks at the bar, very pricey indeed.

Overall: would of been lovely if rick's pace would of been open, also without te wedding party being there.  (108961419)

Nice atmosphere. Staff very thoughtful. Spectacularly good value at £60 a night.

None really. I liked it. Free wifi would be nice. They had wifi and it was reliable (but cost £15)

Overall: We were just there for a quick overnighter before embarrassing ourselves the next day doing a lousy pitch to a local client. Can't blame that on the hotel though.  (108894012)

Cleanliness.

Lights in room ceiling not operating! Too late start for breakfast (07:30 am) and then had to wait far too long as only one person seems to have turned up for work to take the breakfast orders and serve customers.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
