excellent restaurant, the food was superb. The staff were very, very good and friendly.

The heating wasn't working in the room, though the staff did offer to move us to another room.

Overall: Very, very good, we have today booked another stay this week.  (108884074)

Good Parking/Safe Staff ok

Access from A12, Sat Nav took us into a dead end. coffee rationed at breakfast, had to ask and wait if you wanted a refill.( 1 overworked member of staff)

Overall: OK no real problems but feel Prested Hall might have been a better choice.  (108418280)

Stay over was convenient for Wedding but the Rooms whilst comfortable were pretty basic

Difficult for Invalids to enter the Bar etc and impossible to access Room with Wheelchair without struggling to decamp invalid and enter separately - most serious handicap when you are both in your 80's

Friendly staff breakfast we good bar service

mould growing in bathroom over use of air freshening- made my eyes water Dust/dirt down sides of cabinet It's so close to the A12 I though the cars were coming through my room!

Overall: Having also viewed my friends single room, which was away form the main a12 and slightly more modern I thought we got a crap deal. For the rates you charge I thought your room standards and cleanliness were poor and would not recommend friends or family to stay with you.  (107350171)
