Overall: enquired before booking if they provided room service which they said they did. Checking in we again enquired as above, reception gave a number to ring to order. Then informed later they do not serve a traditional breakfast in room service only continental.We were told to leave the card on the door to be collected during the night , next morning card still on door, Husband had to take card down to reception to hand in eventually breakfast arrived ie continental ..half the items were not available ended up being toast and coffee!! Very dissapointed as we had a dog so did not want to leave her alone in the room . Will not book again . (107580496)
