Friendly and helpful staff on the whole. An interesting building kept clean and tidy and furnished well.

Heating inoperative, hot water in basin tap and shower inoperative, bath plug stuck, noise from next door rooms.

Overall: Poor. If the plumbing was sorted and the neibouring rooms were more insultated from noise I would be inclined to stay again.  (108342454)

Gorgeous room, extremely friendly staff even though obviously v busy, fantastic breakfast - with vegetarian cooked breakfast on offer and pastries.

Not a great view from our room but for th price we paid it would be unreasonable to expect that!

Overall: Would definately go there again and recomuend it, at that price its the best hotel we've ever stayed in. A taste of luxery at a price you won't feel guilty about!  (108908236)

very clean and well presented

difficult to get a smile out of staff, seemed stressed, probably overworked.

Overall: would not normally stay with best western as find standard poor, but this hotel excelled, very good value for money.  (108801664)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
