fair amount of hair in the bathroom, energy saving light bulbs took a very long time to give out sufficient light - there are CFL bulbs out there that start up pretty instantly ...

The receptionist started the stay off excellently - efficient, welcoming and helpful.
The barman was also very accommodating when we returned in the evening.
Very good to be served breakfast in person, avoiding the universal buffet. Freshly cooked and most tasty.
The bathroom light wasn't bright enough (Room 111).
While breakfast was good, the tea service wasn't. Would prefer to have a pot of strong tea given and not have to ask for a second cup.
Overall: One of the best hotel experiences in memory - look forward to another chance to visit Rochdale and stay at the Broadfield. (108432397)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
