The owners were really accomodating and friendly, providing a decent breakfast every morning. This Guest House was excellent value for money and was just off one of the main roads into the city. This meant that it was quiet but also close to the main bus route.
One of the sink taps was loose and the shaving light was tempremental. These are minor issues that did not affect or hinder our stay.
Overall: Really pleased that we chose this Guest House. Apparantly it is due a revamp over the forthcoming months and we hope to use the Guest House again next year. A very comfortable stay. (107221992)

Very helpful staff. Gave good advice on travel etc before we got there. Were great when we got soaked at the Tattoo. Breakfast was the best we had ever had.
Room was very clean and tidy and beds made every day. Brilliant.
Overall: Very warm and friendly. Not to big which made it more personal. We have been recommending this hotel to all our friends and would certainly stay there again if we went back to Edinburgh. (97484543)
