We could not have wished for a warmer welcome. Our hostess was really charming and very helpful about where to eat and how to get to the ferryport. The room was well furnished and immaculate. Great attention to detail - eg the sheets were lovely and crisp. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious. Excellent breakfast. We strongly recommend Fernlea.
There were absolutely no bad points

The B&B was more than what we hoped for. Once we found the home, we were greeted by our host. The morning we left, the owners went out of their way and drove us to the ferry so that we could continue on out holiday. Suggestions for a location for dinner was provided, which was a great spot to eat.
Overall: Having taken the train to the village, it was difficult for us to locate the B&B as directions only dealt with driving to the home. Suggest you include walking directions from the train depot. (107619996)
