The hotel is beautifully positioned by the water and we were very comfortable within the suite itself. The suite was kept very clean and towels replaced as requested.
Overall we felt that there was a low priority for residents' needs which I will summarise here.
On arrival, phone to suite not connected. Many hours later before this could be rectified.
Calls to reception were not answered nor were outside calls from our friends trying to contact us.
The priority for the staff appeared to always be for the visitors on coach tours.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Food was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely location, very peaceful.
There was no option for cheese as an evening meal dessert. It was sweet tooth or nothing.

The room/suite we were upgraded to was excellent and the evening meals were also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I have to admit that we were disappointed with the quality of the cooked breakfast. The sausage in partricular were a let down and when I asked for scrambled egg there was far too much pepper in it.

Lovely room. We enjoyed Burry and Orkney. Good Breakfast and breaksfast service.
There was one person perhaps the host the second evening in the dinning room who needs a brush up on customer service.
