The dinner was excellent, very good quality and the bedroom was clean and tidy.

Assistant Manageress who booked me in was in too much of a rush to get to her next task, Breakfast took in excess of 45 minutes to arrive after the order for a basic breakfast was placed. I was on business and had to get going before it arrived. Table not cleaned from previous use before I was allocated the same table.

Overall: OK but the stay was ruined by the terrible service and non delivery of breakfast - compounded by the waitress not thinking forty five minutes was anywhere near excessive to wait for breakfast. The hotel is tired but for £40 for a bed, what can I expect I suppose. Other staff were fine, nice people.  (108235028)

Reasonable price, clean room, decent breakfast, bar ok

Did not have the advertised internet access in the bedrooms. Only available in downstairs lounge, which is no good for me.

Overall: Enjoyable, apart from lack of advertised "in room" internet access  (108506064)

Th staff were all very polite and very helpful. Shame the decor did not match the quality of the staff

hotel furnishings and decor was very dated and tired. the room smelt of smoke even though was a non smoking room. Had the feel of a retirement home!

Overall: Confirmed my previous views on Best Western Hotels, do not bother visiting unless, as in this instance, everywhere else is full or you put polite staff over decor!  (107883001)
