Very clean warm and spacious, accommodating staff quickly fixed the broken shower. Décor a bit naff but OK. Very quiet and safe with good sound proofing and security. Ground floor annex had easy access. Streatham Hill has very quick and easy access to Central London on the train.

Poor quality sausages. Christmas fairy lights that played a tune all night. (Thankfully stopped!) A broken shower but that was quickly fixed. A sheet and counterpane arrangement that was what I was used to for sleeping. A flat screen TV with only 4 fuzzy channels working, (I guess this will soon be resolved).

Overall: A good working hotel, clearly popular with working folk during the week and tourists at the weekend. The rooms in the rear annex are good but take care as some rooms have a window that faces a factory wall. We moved to make sure we had a view of the garden. The breakfast could be better, a buffet with added English style bacon eggs and beans. We skipped it after one day but then that is our taste.  (108703068)

Very clean, good shower, easy booking, no major problems.

Thin walls, could hear people moving around in other rooms.

Overall: Would go back, but might be different if the hotel was more busy (due to thin walls)  (108175072)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
