Fantastic leisure facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
Quite a queue to check out.
Overall: One of the best hotels I have stayed at this year, certainly in the top 10%. When staying away so often I rarely find myself enjoying a nights accomodation; this was certainly not the case here. The superb leisure facilities certainly crown a very pleasant experience. Never stayed here before but this will now definitely be my first point of reference if a future stay in Basingstoke is ever required. (1446306)

Quick and easy check in, good comfortable room, good food and choice at breakfast
Sat Nav could not find it. Long walk to room. Noisy wedding reception but that did not matter as we arrived late in th evening anyway. We were given coffee instead of tea.

Staff were polite and helpfull. Breakfast provide was very good. Swimming pool and changing area suitable for small children.
