Clean, except for stair and landing carpets; staff friendly though not always expert;

Room smelt stuffy; food not great

just been renovated, rooms were all new and comfortable.

bar prices and room service prices extortionate, could not get booked into resturaunt, so cant comment on prices, but i imagine they are on a par with the bar prices.

Good price and good food.

Heating didn't work and this wasn't resolved during our stay which made our night most uncomfortable and annoying. Further, i was irritated at not receving an apology from the hotel

location, envoironment, building, quiet - peacefull ... other than the fire alarm!

food wasn't to standard inplied online, but not bad. no toilet roll in room, no newspaper was delivered after pre-order previous night. delivery van blocked me in car park on departure, waited 20 minutes for return, went to reception was told the delivery will take approx 5-10 minutes and to wait so i informed receptionist i had already waited 20 minutes.

Overall: overall very nice hotel in nice setting and pretty close to many places of interest.  (107688858)

Room pleasant, bathroom excellent. Gym and pool open late.

Slow and expensive restaurant service. Wrong tariff charged at check out. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:30

Overall: Very attractive looking hotel with good gym / pool. However, the sort of restaurant where veg is an optional extra and you get no chsnge from 2 hours.  (107913986)

Great hotel, really clean and tidy and a good size too. Buffet for dinner had a good mix of meat, fish etc and a good vegetarian selection. Same for breakfast. Good entertainment and friendly staff
