First impressions of this hotel was that it looked lovely, reception staff were helpful and reception area was clean and tidy. Although was a little disappointed that the bar wasn't open, but staff came and took our order to get us drinks so that was ok.

Staff in the restaurant were awful, ordering for us and not giving us the chance to make our own minds up, didn't clear away starters but brought out main course and didn't even ask if we wanted pudding, just brought us our bill. Made us feel very rushed, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The bathroom in our room left alot to be desired, the shower curtain was dirty (mould) on the inside and the wire attached to the shower head was disgustingly filthy. There was also a function going on which we were told about. We were advised it would be finished at midnight but it was still very loud until the early hours of the morning!

Overall: Warwick was a lovely place and would definitely go back, but would not stay at this hotel again. Its the little things that put you off!  (108167190)

it was a double room instead of a twin room it was fully booked so they could not give us another room. the electrics didnt work, the room was a disabled room,the door handle to the bathroom fell off during the night, the lock on the outer door was dodgy.We had a breakfast that was not very good the fruit juices had been watered down.

Overall: I will never ever stay at this particular hotel ever again.  (108515580)

Polite reception staff; decent restaurant.

Shoddy finishing around doors, pipe leaks, stains, clutter lying around in corridors. Very difficult to get hold of any soap or shampoo (none left by cleaner) even after visiting and phoning reception. Room to small to work at desk!
