Excellent value for money
Warm welcoming atmosphere
Great location
Plenty of hot water and controllable heating
Staff were cheerful and friendly
Maybe improve signage - was dark when we arrived and we missed the turn first time around.
Overall: Great, value for money accommodation. In comparison to B & B accommodation pitched at a similar price, this was far superior. Loved the dining areas - great views over the local landscape. Ideally placed for Snowdon. (108117775)

The location of the hotel for the early morning trip up Mount Snowdon and access to Snowdonia generally.
Squeaky floorboards in the bedroom, we were in 320 but otherwise no faults whatsoever.

Poor breakfast service - seemed to be a lack of a general command structure.
Room reasonable but hot and stuffy and whilst we were told that we had been upgraded to an 'executive room' apart from a large bed (which actually filled the room)it was hard to see what was 'executive' about it. Light over one side of the bed not working.
Overall: Whilst I have said it was 'fair' value for money that was only because we had a ninternet dea lof £50 per night. If we had been paying the full rate this would not have represented good value at all. (108339780)
