I left a CD behind in the room; I phoned up to enquire about it, and Richard, on the front desk, sorted it out and forwarded it to me, for which I am most grateful. Many thanks Richard - service over and above!

Could not fault the service from the staff, the food was outstanding,hotel and gardens were well maintained.

Overall: A very enjoyable, relaxing stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family, will definitely be staying at Salford Hall again.  (107609808)

extremely friendly atmosphere and clean room with coffee and tea facilities.

Overall: We very impressed with the hospitality, friendliness and surroundings of the hotel. We were unable to get a taxi back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning and the night porter went beyond the call of duty to ensure we got back to the hotel. Thank you so much for a pleasant night. We will be coming again to stay at this beautiful hotel.  (107212486)
