Polite staff. Cotton sheets. Efficient. Close to Paddington station.
Receptionist didn't understand my question put to him in English but was polite and pleasant.
Overall: OK. Basic but clean.

Also location short walk to mainline & tube stations. A few local stores & restaurants with a wider selection a 10 minute stroll away.
Hotel waste water system very loud.
Street noise, only single glazed windows.
Overall: Excellent value for single night stay. Polite staff & clean but compact room.

centrally located,friendly staff,decent breakfast,all room facilities in working order, reasonably clean, cheap
room very small, wear and tear very apparent, draughty when stood near single glazed patio style window, toilet flush embarrasingly loud.
Overall: Only needed to stay one night and expected something much worse but was pleasently quite surprised. Wife naturally found fault but admitted after leaving it was "okay"!!!

Very convenient to Paddington railway station. The staff are very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast facilities are excellent and well prepared in a simple but clean dining room in the basement.
The hotel has many floors with narrow stairs which is tricky and hard work if one has heavy luggage. The rooms we have used are cramped but adequate for a short stay.
Overall: A very convenient and comfortable overnight stay hotel with a more than adequate breakfast. It is quite expensive but I assume this could be in line with similar hotels in this popular area. We have used it twice now for a stopping off point to and from Heathrow airport and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby for food.
