comfortable bed, clean room. good location(not lots of stairs to climb) .helpful staff. nice breakfast.

I asked for a bath in bathroom on booking form but got a shower. no complimentary shower gel in room. no milk in tea tray just whitener powder which tasted disgusting in the tea. not enough pillows on bed. we requested more at reception but one more was all we got and it was wafer thin like the other one.

Overall: I guess we got what we paid for really considering the hotel was in central London.  (108859456)

Pleasant catering staff. Very warm room. Good facilities in room. Decent location.

Full English breakfast was quite small. Very cramped room.

Clean and comfortable decor a bit tired but OK

We were given someone else's room at first but it was sorted quickly

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
