Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room.
Can be a bit noisy depending upon your room location.
Overall: Overall I enjoyed my stay. I have been to the Feathers before, and when in Liverpool stay no other place. The hotel is centrally located which puts you within walking distance of almost everything. My one complaint on this stay was that I had requested a room in a different location when I booked on-line, but was placed in a noisier room near the front door. (1512331)

Good service - beautiful room - convenient location.
Bar closed at 10.30pm - this seemed ridiculous on a Saturaday night in Liverpool when we were residents who had paid £100 to stay.

No door in shower, Beds not made/towels changed when returned in evening although when informed this was rectified to our satisfaction
