Classical villa, easy to reach by public transport (bus 59, 89 and 149 from Manchester). Ample parking space. Middleton Road is quite busy but thanks to double glazing not too noisy. Very attentive helpful staff. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Quite modest but spacious rooms with functional furniture-lights-bedlinen-bath but everything spotless. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice in cosy dining room.

Could hear neighbours entering corridor and rooms: overall I just met decent guests though. Guests best bring their own soap and shampoo (the latter was not provided). There are no phones in the rooms. Tables in dining room are quite small (do not really fit our people). I could not find dinner facilities at walking distance from hotel, best takeaway or eat out in central Manchester (or Middleton, Oldham..)

Overall: Very very good value for money in a pleasant friendly and safe atmosphere. Highly recommended!  (108690876)
