Easy to get to and from, small but effective, good communication with the staff.

One room was under ground floor but acceptable if fire.

The staff in this hotel were very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage until tea-time when we were leaving London, and were helpful with directions and advice. Breakfast is buffet style but always fresh. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the lounge free of charge. On the whole the room is quirky and fun.

We have no complaints, however I would say that the room would really only be suitable for 1-3 nights as they are small. We had a room with 2 double beds which were quite hard. The breakfast room had extremely upright chairs which are uncomfortable to sit on. This wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Overall: A pleasant stay with helpful staff. Plenty of taxis available to flag to travel into heart of London. The hotel is clean and basic, but ideal for a short stay. Would return again without hesitation.  (107418963)

Too little room for paid money, no table in the room, no refrigirator in the room, no air-conditioner in the room, no change of bed-clothes and towels

Good location. Good breakfast

room smelt. Very hot. Opened window- very noisy. Disliked plastic and metal decor. Not comfortable.

Value for money, very easy for Paddington Station, Good Breakfast, Different style of Hotel.

Excellent Flat screen TV, signal a little weak and many of the channels on free view not tuned in. One light broken, drain in shower broken, but thats really being a little fussy.
